Designed specifically for the Strategies and Excitement of Siamese Mah Jongg – with extra Challenges for 3-and 4-Handed Royale Siamese. 

The 2021 National Siamese Mah Jongg League card was designed to play with the annual American Mah Jongg format.  It has  been adapted by Asian, Military, Wright Patterson and other variations.  It is being played Internationally.  This card has been designed to utilize the additional strategies inherent in Siamese.  You can still play your favorite versions; or play strictly with the Siamese card; or even add this card to others.  Many players enjoy the additional challenges.
