We try to send out orders within 24-48 business hours of receipt. Items that weigh less than a pound are sent via USPS with tracking. Items over a pound are sent via UPS. If you would like to arrange for expedited shipping, please contact us.

  • Customized Tiles- 7-10 business days
  • Customized Cases and Mats- 12-14 business days
  • Customized Sets- 3 weeks
  • We can not take returns of any customized items
  • If you are returning a set of tiles, please be sure to place in a ziploc bag (if set is open), so no tiles are lost
  • Returns can be sent to the address on our website. Once we receive the return and the item is in good shape, we will issue you a credit/refund less a $10 restocking fee. (please contact us with any questions).

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THE 2025 NMJL Cards

The NMJL has announced that it will be rerunning and resending the cards once they are corrected.  If you ordered your card from us before January 6, 2025, you will be receiving your cards directly from the NMJL.  If you ordered after January 6th, you will be receiving your cards from us, however, we are waiting until we receive the revised cards to send out your 2025 cards.

Please contact us if you would like us to mail you the “incorrect” card.

As was stated on our website if you bought after January 6th, we still hope to get you your cards before the end of April.  Any delay we experience is due to waiting for the corrected cards from The League.  If you have any questions, please email us at themaven@mahjonggmaven.com We will not be responding to card inquiries over the phone
